Allowing for them to take the test over a longer period of time and minimizing any sort of pressure to finish would, in my opinion, drastically improve a student's score.

I especially like the idea of increasing the amount of time to take an exam or quiz. Students with ADHD are much more likely to be negatively affected by the thought of a time limit for completing something they know is going to be graded. Allowing for them to take the test over a longer period of time and minimizing any sort of pressure to finish would, in my opinion, drastically improve a student's score. On the other hand, there needs to be some type of structure and limit on the amount of time a student is allowed. I have had students that would work on a test over a period of a week, but in small chunks at a time. That seemed to be a good baseline.
