The curry mile

The curry mile is a single road that starts at the junction of Whitechapel High Street and Osborn Street (postcode E1 6TY) and goes up to the Old Truman Brewery / Hanbury Street (postcode for google maps E1 6QL).

The Task

You will write up your analysis as an Word document or PDF file and submit it as an attachment as part of your Personal Journal. The entry is in 3 parts. The first is a competitor analysis benchmarking table of 10 or more restaurants on the “Curry Mile”. The second is a strategic grouping map for the restaurants in your benchmarking table. The third should be 200 words long. You should choose one of the restaurants and explain what you would do, if you were the owner, that would help to differentiate the restaurant from the other restaurants on the street and help to improve its profitability.
